How it Works?

Booking

Explore Our Properties: Browse through our beautiful vacation rentals in Daytona Beach Shores and find the one that suits your needs and preferences.

Reach Out to Us: Once you've chosen your ideal vacation home, send us an email from the 'contact us' page (or using the link at the end of this page) with your desired dates. We'll promptly respond with the availability of the property

Secure Your Booking: If the property is available, we'll send you an email with payment instructions. To secure your booking, you'll need to make an initial deposit of $500 USD. This payment will also serve as your damage deposit.

Confirmation: Once we've received your deposit, we'll send you a confirmation email. This email will include all the details of your booking.

Payment: 30 days prior to your booking, we will reach out to you to request full payment for your stay. Payment can be made via cheque, E-transfer, PayPal and credit card. Note: payments made via credit card will be subject to a 3% processing fee.

Checking In

24 Hours Prior: 24 hours before your visit, we'll send you an email with a unique code for the smart lock on your vacation rental. This code will allow you to unlock the door and gain access to the property.

Arrival: When you arrive at the property, simply enter the code into the smart lock to unlock the door.

Make Yourself at Home: Once inside, you'll find a welcome packet with information about the property and the surrounding area. Now, it's time to relax and enjoy your home away from home!

Checking Out

Pack Up: On your last day, please ensure you've packed all your belongings and haven't left anything behind.

Property Condition: We kindly ask that you leave the property in the same condition you found it. Any significant damage or loss may result in a deduction from your damage deposit.

Check-Out: To check out, simply lock the door behind you. There's no need to return keys or check out in person.

Damage Deposit Return: After our team has inspected the property and confirmed there's no damage, we'll return your damage deposit. This process typically takes a few days.
